Jeff Schiedemeyer is a managing director in the Corporate Finance practice, in the Chicago office. In addition, he serves as a senior member of the fairness and solvency opinions practice. Additionally, Jeff is a member of the Transaction Opinions Senior Review Committee and leads the firm’s international fairness and solvency opinion activities. Jeff leverages more than 19 years of corporate financial advisory services experience assisting clients with valuation matters related to fairness opinions, solvency opinions, mergers & acquisitions, and private debt and equity securities.

Prior to joining Duff & Phelps in 1998, Jeff was a vice president with LaSalle Bank/ABN AMRO.

Jeff received his MBA in finance and management strategy from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, where he graduated with distinction and was elected to the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society. He also holds his BBA in finance from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Jeff is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, where he serves on the advisory committee for the Chicago chapter. He is also a National Association of Corporate Directors Governance Fellow. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
